Rob Welle ~ RIP

There has been another passing in the WMNF family...Robert C. Welle (pictured here, on the right) died Tuesday evening (10/2/12) due to cancer, which he had been battling for several years.
People may remember Rob as the great guy with a warm smile, and a big help at WMNF events. He often worked the will-call table, exchanged tickets for wristbands at the door, or sold merchandise for the bands. He was a good friend to 88.5FM, and we are all very sad to learn about his death. Rob had been struggling with health problems for several years - attending and volunteering at WMNF events was one of the bright spots in his life in his last months.
