TRANSITIONS Support Group

TRANSITION is a caring Support Group that helps you deal with a great loss, such as the death of a loved one, loss of a marriage, a job, or your own health, and traumatic changes in trying times. TRANSITIONS plots goals and strategies & lets you achieve results, with the help of skilled counselors.
