Sweetwater Workshop Series: Food Fermentation Workshop

During this workshop, participants will learn the history and benefits of fermenting foods, demo simple seasonal fermented recipes loaded with healthy "probiotic" bacteria, sample fermented goodies, and even make a sample to take home.
