Friday, November 30 2007 -- Howliday Festival of Lights

SPCA Suncoast in New Port Richey requests donations to support the new ‘Howliday Festival of Lights’ fundraiser for the Congress Street Shelter. Members of the community may sponsor a single light in honor or in memory of a beloved person or pet or enough lights to illuminate a dog or cat’s kennel. Join the SPCA for an open house at 5 pm followed by the Grand Lighting ceremony at 6.
