WAIT! by Julie Jensen and directed by Richard Rice

Our Girl Wendy Burger stands on the edge of a summer that will change her life. She moves out of her father’s house into a UPS truck, starts a theatre with a guy she used to date, performs in Hamlet, a flickering blue light, and meets O Vixen My Vixen who is both beautiful and oh-so-deep.

Julie Jensen is the Resident Playwright at Salt Lake Acting Company and playwright of RTP Live! last season’s favorite “Last Lists of My Mad Mother”. She has written over thirty plays, several of which have been performed recently in London, England, Pygmalion Theatre in Salt Lake City, and Borderland Theatre in Tuscson, AZ. The Radio Theatre Project broadcast of “Last Lists of My Mad Mother” has been entered in the New York Festivals International Radio Programs & Promo Awards competition for the World’s Best Radio Program! We have high hopes for Wait! too
