ENERGY SAVING TIPS FOR HOME CONSTRUCTION
11/06/06On this edition of the Sustainable Living program, Jon Butts invited builder Dan Maxwell and ECOSMART Regional Director Mike Evans to the WMNF studios to discuss building an energy-efficient home. Dan and Mike discussed solar hot water, insulation, hurricane-resistance, attic cooling, solar panels and other design features that can be used to reduce energy consumption.

11/06/06One of the more interesting races in Hillsborough County will be the race to replace Thomas Scott in District 3, which encompasses most of East Tampa Seminole Heights, as well as West Tampa.
