West Central Florida remains under a Tropical Storm Warning and Tornado Watch as Tropical Storm Debby hovers in the Gulf of Mexico. It continues to produce bands of strong storms like the ones that spawned tornadoes and flooding yesterday in the Tampa Bay region.
