Florida Secretary of State Ken Detzner has said that he will not cease efforts to remove ineligible voters from the voter rolls. That was his reaction to a Department of Justice letter he received on Friday that claimed the purge was illegal because, among other reasons, it was occurring less than 90 days before an election.
