PETA URGES MAXIMUM SENTENCE TO ANIMAL ABUSER-by Mitch E. P erry

Last Monday, Hillsborough County Sherriff’s Deputies arrested 46 year old Dwayne Bunn of Tampa, on one count of animal cruelty, a 3rd degree felony punishable up to 5 years in prison.

Bunn allegedly stabbed his neighbor’s dog 3 times with a steak knife – cutting the dog so severely he underwent surgery days later.

After being arrested, Bunn posted $2,000 bond and was later released.
