In west Tampa, A new neighborhood library was dedicated this weekend. Located at 905 north Albany, just south of cypress, the community library was Built in a old house that used to be a known location for drug dealing by Dr Walter Smith, a long-time Tampa resident and the ex-president of Florida A and M university.
