Colleen Castile is secretary of the state’s department of environmental protection. She says that for the next two weeks the state will be in emergency mode, trying to develop a system that will provide for peoples needs. She told WMNF that the first priority is to get electricity back on, and after that, helping people regain a sense of routine so that they can get their lives back together.
