Rebecca Harrison Steele who is the staff of the Florida Chapter of the ACLU discussed the first three proposed amendments on Florida's ballot (parental notification; speeding the time required for grassroots froups to get an issue on the ballot, and limiting attorney's fees in medical malpractice). Steele also discussed the impediments some voters have experienced in casting their ballots.
