A new report has found that 60% percent of Florida’s power plants are getting dirtier, not cleaner. According to the Florida Public Interest Research Group, who conducted the study, rules which allow companies to buy pollution credits from cleaner facilities have reduced the incentive for plants to become cleaner, increases global warming, and is putting Florida’s citizens at risk for health problems.
