A new book says Girls are growing more violent by Mitch E. Perry03/08/06
Several studies, from university professors here and abroad, say that girls have become more violent.
James Garbarino, the author of the book “Lost Boys, also thinks so. His new book is entitled, “See Jane Hit: Why Girls Are Growing More Violent and What We Can Do About it..He’s also the a Professor of Pscyhology at Loyola University in Chicago.
He told WMNF’s Mitch Perry that part of the increase in violence is what he calls the Toxic Social Environment of our culture (roll tape#1 o.q.positive meaning in the world and hope)
That’s Dr. James Garbarino, the author of the new book “See Jane Hit: Why Girls Are Growing More Violent and What We Can We Do About it.
