IS PRESIDENT BUSH WINNING THE WAR ON TERRORISM?

Last week there were three suicide bombings in Morocco, Yemen and Saudi Arabia. Dozens of people were killed, including eight Americans. The president says his policies are successful in discouraging terrorism, but others are not so sure. Dr. Harry Vanden, a political science professor at USF, has written extensively on terrorism. He says the Bush policy has not stopped terrorism and may have exacerbated the causes.
