INNOCENT PEOPLE WHO SERVED TIME ON DEATH ROW05/28/03
In the last decade 25 people have been released from Florida's Death Row - people who were determined to be innocent or wrongly convicted. Today we talked with Rudolph Holton, who served 16 and a half years on death row in Starke. He was released after his attorney uncovered testimony and DNA evidence which proved that Holton was not the man who committed the crime. Our other guest was Pete Gallagher, a writer for the Seminole Times, who covered the case of James Richardson, a farm worker who was wrongly accused of poisoning his young children.
