Healthy Farms Food and Fuels Act by Mitch E. Perry
Today in Washington, a bipartisan bill was introduced that advocates say will help farmers address the countryââ¬â¢s energy crises. The billââ¬â¢s aim is to boost funding for renewable energy development on farms, ranches and forest lands.
The bill, ââ¬ÅThe Healthy Farms, Foods and Fuels Act of 2006ââ¬? is the first major agriculture bill introduced prior to the expiration of the current farm bill next year.
