MARTINA NAVRATILOVA is one of the greatest tennis players of all time and a hero for all ages. In September, at the age of 49, Martina captured her 59th Grand Slam title, winning the mixed doubles at the 2006 US Open. She holds 168 singles titles, more than any other player in history, and 177 doubles titles. She holds a record 9 Wimbledon singles titles and shares a record 20 total Wimbledon titles with Billie Jean King. She was listed as #19 on ESPN’s list of the 100 Greatest Athletes of the Century. In addition to tennis, Martina enjoys numerous other sports and has been an advocate for gay rights, the environment, animal welfare, and women’s issues. She is now sharing the secrets of her phenomenal physical and mental shape in her book Shape Your Self, a guide for anyone looking to live a healthy, active lifestyle.
