WORLD AIDS DAY to observed in St. Pete and Tampa by Dawn Morgan
Tomorrow is World AIDS Day which is designed to bring international attention to the fight against HIV and AIDS. It will be observed in both downtown Tampa and St. Petersburg tomorrow.
Events in Tampa actually are underway right now..An event from 5 to 7 PM is taking place in Gaslight Park in TampaÃ¢â¬Â¦..There will be similar events in Tampa in the park tomorrow beginning at 9:30 AMÃ¢â¬Â¦
And in St. Petersburg, The World AIDS Day Wellness Fair will be held in Williams Park - being sponsored by the Pinellas County Health Department and the city of St. Petersburg, will take place tomorrow as well.
Also, Metropolitian charities in both Tampa and St. Petersburg will be offering free rapid tests at their local headquarters.
