Media Study on whiteness of cable news hosts

According to Fortune magazine, recently fired radio shock jock Don Imus is preparing to sue CBS Radio for $40 million on grounds that his contract protected "controversial" remarks.
Fortune also reports there could be a clause in Imus’ contract that mandates a warning prior to his termination – something that apparently did NOT happen before his stunning firing from the radio network on April 12th.
Meanwhile, a new media study says that, even after the discussion of race in America after the Don Imus spectacle, cable news is still dominated by white males.
The report, “Locked Out: The Lack of Gender & Ethnic Diversity on Cable News Continues, is produced by the online liberal media watch dog group, Media Matters for America.
