Polls: Clinton still leads in Florida, nation
Two new Presidential polls released today show that Hillary Clinton continues to lead statewide and nationally in the race for the Democratic nomination for president.
A Quinnipiac Poll finds Clinton a strong favorite in Florida, with 36 percent support, compared to 14 percent for Barack Obama, and 14 percent for Al Gore, who is not even a candidate. John Edwards comes in 4th in Florida with 9 percent.
That poll somewhat mirrors a national survey done by the Washington Post and ABC News. It shows Clinton leading Obama by 15 percent, with 45 percent.comments powered by Disqus
