Two USF Students who were arrested early yesterday in South Carolina pleaded innocent.
24 year old Ahmed Mohamed and 21 year old Yousef Megahed have been charged with possession of explosive devices in Berkeley County, South Carolina.
Wayne De Witt is the Sherriff with Berkeley County . He says the two men were arrested Saturday night around 6PM in Goose Creek, South Carolina, just outside of Charleston, for speeding. He said what led the police to be suspicious was that they had a lap top computer in their car that they quickly closed.
The students reportedly told police that the devices in their trunk were fireworks.
