RIchard Paey, the Pasco County man who has been jailed and is wheelchaired bound from multiple sclerosis, was released from prison today.
Siobhan Reynolds is the president and founder of the Pain Relief Network, based in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Her group worked closely with the Paey family to secure his release from jail.
WMNF spoke with her on Thursday, after she learned that Paey's 25-year sentence had been commuted once the state clemency board gave him a full pardon for his drug trafficking charge.
