Veterinarian creates program to spay, neuter

A Pasco County veterinarian says the euthanasia rate in the region for pets is close to 10,000 per year – and she wants to do something about that.

So Dr. Diana Mattox has helped create a new program called Spay Pasco.

A fundraiser is scheduled for Sept. 29 in San Antonio for the new animal social service organization.

WMNF spoke with Dr. Diana Mattox today.
