Communications scholar reports on state of media
Robert McChesney is a communications professor at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is also co-founder of the media reform group Free Press, and has written many books on media issues over the past 15 years.
McChesney’s latest book, Communication Revolution, released this month, explains the critical juncture that media scholars, consumers and policy makers face in the midst of a digital media revolution.
