Roxanne J. Coady is the founder of the R. J. Julia booksellers in Madison, Connecticut.
The store hosts more than 200 author events each year. A few years ago, Coady asked many of the authors who appeared at the store to write about a book that changed their lives.
The Book That Changed My Life has just been published in paperback. All proceeds will go to a nonprofit literacy organization called Read to Grow.
WMNF recently interviewed Roxanne Coady. We began by asking her which of the 71 short essays in the book what was her favorite.
