Anclote River Wal-Mart Back on Planning Table
For more than three years, environmentalists in northern Pinellas County have been fighting against construction of a Wal-Mart on the banks of the Anclote River. Next month the Board of Adjustments in Tarpon Springs will consider the issue. This morning, WMNF spoke with Andy Ennis, the Treasurer for the Concerned Citizens and Friends of the Anclote River.
There will be a public Board of Adjustments meeting on January 16th at the Tarpon Springs City Hall.
