The Weston A. Price Foundation (WAPF) is an international group whose concerns are wise traditions in food, farming and the healing arts.
Sarah Pope, the leader of a local WAPF chapter, joined the program to talk about the foundation and its view on climate change. Also, we talked to an environmental studies graduate presently working at Polyface Farms a sustainable, grass-fed animal farm in Swoope, VA.
Both guests were on the entire hour and presented a different view of animal farming and the health of eating animal products.
Sally Fallon is the national leader of WAPF, and she's written a classic book Nourishing Traditions. It's available as a thank-you gift for a donation to our Fall Marathon.
