Grass-fed animals, environment and health
The Weston A. Price Foundation (WAPF) is an international group whose concerns are wise traditions in food, farming and the healing arts.
Sarah Pope, the leader of a local WAPF chapter, joined the program to talk about the foundation and its view on climate change. Also, we talked to an environmental studies graduate presently working at Polyface Farms a sustainable, grass-fed animal farm in Swoope, VA.
Both guests were on the entire hour and presented a different view of animal farming and the health of eating animal products.
Sally Fallon is the national leader of WAPF, and she's written a classic book Nourishing Traditions. It's available as a thank-you gift for a donation to our Fall Marathon.comments powered by Disqus
