Rebecca Steele and Nadine Smith discussed Amendment 2 on the November ballot and various challenges that could arise from its passage. We also discussed various measures that have been passed to give some partner benefits to same-sex and unmarried co-habiting couples. Steele is executive director of the Southeast section of the ACLU and Smith is executive director of Equality Florida.
