Labor Leader rips Florida Legislature after special session

Following the conclusion of today’s special legislative session, Monica Russo, the president of the Service Employees International Union in Florida, issued a scathing press release in which she blasted the "so-called leaders of the Florida Legislature for failing both a fiscal and a moral test by proposing crippling cuts to public education and services for Florida’s neediest families.”
