On Monday, the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary rescued a bald eagle in the Seminole area. By Tuesday, the Eagle had passed away.
Now the Clearwater Audubon Society is offering an award for more information on how it was killed.
Barbara Walker is a volunteer for Audubon of Florida Eagle Watch and serves on the Clearwater Audubon Committee Chair. Anyone with information or who wants to contribute to the reward fund should should call Walker at (727) 431-2856.
The eagle was found on 113th and 84th in the Pinellas County town of Seminole.
