Today the U.S. Supreme Court rejected an appeal to review a state law requiring public school students to say the Pledge of Allegiance every day unless they have written permission from a parent.
WMNF spoke with Randall Marshall, legal director of the ACLU of Florida, the group that filed the appeal.
