Barbara Olshansky is the Assistant Legal Director of the Center for Constitutional Rights. She co-authored Against War with Iraq and is the author of Secret Trials and Executions. She discussed the current revelations about torture and mistreatment of Iraqi civilain prisoners, detainees in Guantanamo Bay detained in a "legal black hole" without charges or the protections of the Geneva Conventions and the Supreme Court ruling on whether or not the US must adhere to the rule of law and moral authority.
