Physicians group opposes Senate reform bill listen

Today a national organization of 17,000 physicians who support a single-payer health care system called on the U.S. Senate to defeat health reform legislation. Physicians for a National Health Program called for Congress to instead pass an expanded and improved Medicare-for-All program.

WMNF’s Women’s Show host Mary Glenney spoke with Margaret Flowers, with Physicians for a National Health Program.

Today they called on the U.S. Senate to defeat the health care reform legislation up for a final vote at 8 am on Thursday.
