Last night in his State of the Union address, President Obama said last week's ruling removing campaign spending limits on corporations and unions would "open the floodgates for special interests, including foreign corporations" to influence elections.
Siting in the audience, Justice Samuel Alito, who was in the majority in the opinion, shook his head at the President's statement.
Joining us now is attorney David Cobb who is with a group called MoveToAmend.org. That group says the Supreme Court decision went too far in giving more power to corporations. They want an amendment to the Constitution to limit corporate power.
