State Sen. Charlie Justice is running for the U.S. House of Representatives seat currently held by Bill Young. Young has not said if he will run for re-election. Today, Justice’s campaign began what it is calling a “ten count indictment” of Representative Bill Young. It’s not a legal indictment, Justice says, but rather accusations of trading Congressional earmarks for campaign cash.

Young did not respond to our request for an interview by airtime.
