Patty Sanphy, the founder of the Women's Blues Revue, talked about Take Back the Night.
Take Back the Night started nationally to bring awareness and aid to those who have suffered from domestic violence. The concert will take place at Skipper's Smokehouse on Mother's Day, Sunday May 9th from 5 to 9 pm. All proceeds will benefit these domestic violence agencies:Salvation Army DV Program of West Pasco, Sunrise of East Pasco, CASA, The Spring, and the Haven of RCS.
Tickets are available for this benefit at Skipper's and through Bay area Domestic Violence agencies. Bonnie Rosendale who is the Director of Child Welfare for CASA and Chris Warwick the Director of the Haven of RCS also appeared on the show and talked about their work.
