Recently, Fox Television host Glenn Beck took issue with some commentators criticizing the new Arizona law allowing law enforcement officers to question people about their citizenship, even if the initial contact came because of a possible civil infraction. It’s become known in some circles as the Arizona “papers please law", but the comparison to Nazis asking people for their papers has drawn criticism from Beck. In turn, Beck’s complaint drew this bit of commentary from comedian Lewis Black last week on the Daily Show.
