Tomorrow the new Salvador Dali Museum opens to the public in St. Petersburg. Our reporter, Janelle Irwin just toured the museum and is live on the scene.

"Hi Sean, I'm here in front of the new Salvador Dali Museum in downtown St. Petersburg. Beautiful building overlooking Tampa Bay that is set to open tomorrow beginning with a procession from the old building that will end here at the new building at around 10 a.m. They also have a ribbon cutting ceremony scheduled for noon tomorrow that will host royalty from Spain to commemorate the sistership between St. Petersburg and Figueres. Cigeres is the birth and resting place of Salvador Dali himself.

"Tickets will not be available for the events tomorrow at the door but they can be purchased on the Salvador Dali Museum website which is the thedali.org and there will be live music and demonstrations both inside and out with limited availability as far as previewing the exhibitions that will include a new special exhibition as well as a children's gallery."

You saw these today, is that right? What did you see?

"We were able to preview the permanent exhibition as well as the special exhibition. We did not look at the children's gallery today but I'm told that it is definitely something to bring your kids out to take a look at."
