Anti Obamacare Plaintiff Files for Bankruptcy Beacuse of Medical Bills
Good afternoon, welcome to The Last Call. I'm Rob Lorei. Earlier this month there were news reports that the lead plaintiff in a lawsuit against the Affordable Care Act had filed for bankruptcy in part because of her high medical bills. We'll talk about the case and preview next week's Supreme Court hearing on "Obamacare" with Wendell Potter who is a former insurance company executive and the author of Deadly Spin. Potter has become a critic of the for-profit health insurance industry.
Later we'll hear some of the 911 calls that came in to Sanford, Florida police after 17 year old Trayvon Martin was shot by a neighborhood watch volunteer. 911 callscomments powered by Disqus
