Twin Bills in the Florida legislature would create a series of rules meant to keep third party ticket sellers like StubHub from charging too much for tickets, buying too many or setting up confusing websites, among other things.

But another set of twin bills would establish tickets as private property and would keep third party sellers safe from regulations.

The Straz Center is advocating for more rules and tougher enforcement of third party sellers, but says doing so would not take rights away from individual ticket buyer and sellers.
