To those who feel that this speech makes President Obama a hypocrite, I would paraphrase President Bush's Secretary of Defense and say, You have to govern with The Supreme Court and The Congress that you have! This speech was obviously a heartfelt tribute from the man, Barack Obama, to a great Citizen of The World. Americans should be proud of our President's abilities on the world stage.
