Sustainable Living and Alternative Health | Listen to this entire show:

To start today’s program we had the director of the Sumter County UF IFAS Extension Service Susan Kelly. She also the Coordinator for this year’s AGRItunity Small farms Conference in Bushnell (a little North of Tampa off I-75). This very affordable 1 day conference and has over 20 different classes to pick from. It’s coming up Saturday January 26. http://www.sumter.ifas.ufl.edu or 352-793-2728.

Next up we had the co-founder of the Weston A. Price Foundation and the author of “Nourishing Traditions,” Sally Fallon Morrell. Also we had our WAPF local chapter leader she also Blogs a Healthy Home Economist site, Sarah Pope. This non-profit is dedicated to restoring nutrient dense food to the American diet through education research and activism. http://www.westonaprice.org. This is all based on the research of Weston A Price, a dentist, that traveler the world studying primitive cultures that did not have all the health problem as our American Culture. His conclusion was eating process food is bad and what makes us healthy are nutrient dense foods mainly from animals.
