The women’s peace group CODEPINK sent a press release Wednesday afternoon saying two of their members interrupted the speech of former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice in Tampa.

They say retired Colonel Ann Wright stood up and criticized Rice about the war on Iraq and later Rae Abileah interrupted Rice to say the “blood of Iraqi children is on your hands!” Abileah will be one of my guests this afternoon on Last Call.

CODEPINK activists also interrupted the Republican National Convention last night.

Afterward I caught up with one of two protesters, Alli McCracken, at an open-mic celebration in Ybor City.

Mr.

the current wars have continued harms by U.S. militaristic politicians for 11 years. The war on women, against their uniqueness of gender and healthcare needs, against equality for them continues without rationality for so many more years. Why do partys, men and women disrespectful of themselves so object to the truths of genuine needs for respect and equality. There is no reason, only prejudice and paranoia against the femine gender. It should end.
