Invisible Innocence - Homeless Teens
Today on Last Call, Warren Elly speaks with author Maria Fabian about her new book, Invisible Innocence which examines child homelessness. Were told there are about 1.7 million homeless teenagers in America. Half the young people in shelters say their parents told them to leave or knew they were leaving and didnt care. Some reports have it that an average of 13 youth die every day on the streets.
