Last week Florida Governor Rick Scott signed an executive order requiring drug testing testing for many current state workers and job applicants, The Miami Herald reports today that legal scholars say the governor has overreached, and that his order contradicts what many consider to be settled law regarding drug-testing of government employees.

Joining us to talk about this and what might be a conflict of interest for the Governor is Joy-Ann Reid, she's the editor of the Reid Report and a political columnist for The Miami Herald. Last week she wrote a story for her blog in which she raised four questions the Governor needs to answer regarding his possible conflicts of interest involving measures he is backing in Tallahassee.
