Juliana Gonen, head of Government Policy with the Center for Reproductive Rights discusses the recent proposed changes for contraceptive coverage in the Affordable Care Act. She discusses her organization's concerns that this could be burdensome to women. She worried about the clarity of the new guidelines and the real possibility that women would be forced to "jump through hoops" to get the services that have been promised.
