Law Professor Marjorie Cohn discusses Bradley Manning Verdict
Today on Radioactivity Rob Lorei speaks with Marjorie Cohn, a law professor at Thomas Jefferson Law School and former president of the National Lawyers Guild. Cohn is also the author of The United States and Torture: Interrogation, Incarceration, and Abuse and the book Rules of Disengagement: The Politics and Honor of Military Dissent. She discusses the Bradley Manning verdict and what a soldier's responsibility is under the Nuremberg code. Cohn says Manning had a legal duty to expose wrongdoing by the military and many of the things Manning made public contain evidence of war crimes.
