Lori Roy was born and raised in the Midwest. She now resides in Florida. She is the recipient of the Hirschberg Award for Excellence in Florida Writing. Her previous novel, BENT ROAD, won an Edgar Award for best first novel. Her latest novel, UNTIL SHE COMES HOME, is based in Detroit in 1958. It is a suspenseful thriller dealing with the disappearance and murder of two different women in a rapidly changing area of Detroit.
