Our first guest is Jim Messina who was the White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations under President Obama from 2009 to 2011 and is the campaign manager for Obama's 2012 re-election campaign. He’s a former aide to Senator Max Baucus of Montana, Congresswoman Carolyn McCarthy of New York and Senator Byron Dorgan of North Dakota….

I spoke with Messina earlier today and asked him about a comment yesterday by Mitt Romney’s aide Dan Senor who said Romney would respect Israel’s decision to act unilaterally against Iran….
